    Bathrooms and bedrooms typically add the most value to a basement. This is because homes are often valued based on the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Many potential buyers make decisions about viewing or purchasing a home based on these totals.

  • How long will it take to finish my basement?

    A typical basement finishing project usually takes between 10 to 12 weeks to complete. However, this timeline can be extended depending on the products selected and the level of detail in the finish. For instance, installing quartz or granite countertops can add two to three weeks due to the lead time required for measuring and installation. Similarly, custom glass shower enclosures can only be measured after all tile work is completed, which may also extend the project timeline.
